Objectives: To provide accurate and timely information including the application process, registration, student enrollment records, and academic policies that promote and attract quality candidates who contribute to the growth and vitality of the OLLCHS.Action Steps: The Admissions Director will help to accomplish this by in-person events, promoting transportation availability, establishing and growing relationships with key referral sources. The Admissions Director will grow the public school population in the Class of 2028 by 30 students.To provide a responsive, respectful, and individualized service to students, faculty, staff, and the community we serve in order to enhance and streamline the recruitment and retention of students.Action Steps: This will be accomplished through the use of Digital Marketing Campaigns targeting local area public middle schools. Targeted Social Media Ads to parents of public school students. Digital Marketing Traffic will be directed to a specific Public School landing page on our website that will highlight OLLHS benefits and testimonials geared towards public school students. Community events at Religious Education Programs and Parishes. Enhance the efficacy of private school tours and Future Lourdean Day by working with specific departments to identify and highlight aspects of the Lourdes experience of particular interest to students. Continue full online registration to streamline the process for parents as well as staff by utilizing Rediker Cloud software. Incorporating all steps of registration in one SIS system to house all facets of registration in one place. This will allow all departments to communicate the particulars of each student. To continue to recruit and retain students to widen the demographic map from Dutchess, Orange, Ulster, Putnam, and Northern Westchester countiesAction Steps: Through the efforts of marketing and collaboration with Institutional Advancement, the admissions office will grow the Class of 2028 by 15%. The Admissions Director will establish and grow relationships with referral sources in parochial elementary schools, religious education programs, and parishes in Putnam County as well as Kingston, NY to yield 10 students. Work with President to establish new bus routes for students who do not have access to public school transportation.'
