Bio

Whitney Lundy is an alumna of Our Lady of Lourdes High School’s Class of 2012. She concurrently graduated with an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts from Dutchess Community College in 2012 with a head start on her college education. Upon graduating from Lourrdes, Whitney went on to attend Siena College. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Spanish.

While a student at Lourdes, Whitney was a Varsity Tennis player and a member of the Mock Trial team. She contributed to the Literary Magazine and the school newspaper, The Warrior. In her junior year, she spearheaded a charitable holiday gift drive called Holidays to Haiti in which students donated Christmas gifts to send to a Catholic orphanage in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.

Whitney plans to be a corporate transactions attorney and hopes to be able to contribute to the advancement of women in the corporate world. Whitney is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor degree along with a Master’s in Business Administration at Southern Illinois University School of Law. She will be a judicial intern for the Dutchess County Supreme Court during the summer of 2016.

Whitney is grateful for the quality of the education she received at Our Lady of Lourdes High School. It was there that she discovered her passion for history, psychology, sociology, and politics. She will never forget the time that she spent there and the great friends she made.
