Applying to Lourdes

8th Grade Students

To apply to Our Lady of Lourdes High School, all 8th-grade students are required to take the Test for Admission into Catholic High Schools (TACHS Exam)  which is administered in early November of each year.  

 Admission is based on a review of the following:

  • TACHS Exam Results
  • Review of 7th and 8th Grade Transcripts

    Catholic School families will have transcripts automatically sent by their school.  All other private and public school students need to submit an Applicant Record to their guidance departments and have records transferred to us in mid-December. 

  • Attendance and Discipline Records

  • Admission notices are mailed to homes in January.

*All incoming 9th grade students must sit for the mandatory Math Placement Exam. (Dates an details located under Class of 2028 - What’s Next)

Transfer Students:

  • Application for Entrance
  • Official transcript from the current school
  • Two (2) letters of recommendation
  • Latest report card
  • Upon review of the transcripts, an interview will be scheduled with the Principal.  No admission test is required.
