**Champagnat Learning Center - is for those students who have a certified learning disability and have a 504 classification. Those students in the Champagnat Learning Center will be billed in two installments of $600, one installment at the end of September and one at the end of February.
**AP BIOLOGY, CHEMISTRY, PHYSICS AND ENV. SCIENCE – The listed fee for these courses covers the textbook, materials and the AP Exam Fee. You will receive a bill from the Finance Office at the start of school for the course. All payments are due for these courses in October and your check should be payable to OLL and sent to the school Finance Office.
***ADVANCED PLACEMENT FEE- (Includes Exam Fee) This is the cost of the AP Fee for all other AP Courses other than the AP Sciences. You will receive a bill from the Finance Office at the start of school for the course. All payments are due for these courses in October and your check should be payable to OLL and sent to the school Finance Office
**BAND STUDENTS- Band Fees will be billed directly by Paul Effman Music Service. You will receive correspondence from them regarding the payment schedule once the program begins in September.
**DUTCHESS COMMUNITY COLLEGE COURSES – You will receive a bill from the Finance Office at the start of school for this fee. This is a fee charged by Our Lady of Lourdes High School to offer these college courses. All payments are due for these courses by mid-October and your check should be payable to OLL and sent to the school Finance Office.
**WALK-A-THON FEE - STUDENT ACTIVITY FEE – This fee can be raised or paid during our Walk-A-Thon collections. If not, you will receive a bill from the Finance Office in October for $65.
—All tuition will be billed by FACTS Management for the 2013-14 school year. If you have any questions about your account you should contact FACTS at 1-888-470-6008 or go on line at http://online.factsmgt.com to view your account. Payments can be made on line as well. Please note that anytime a credit card is used to make a payment there will be a convenience fee charged. FACTS does not take VISA. Payments are due on the 10th of each month starting in August and run to May. (10 monthly payments) FACTS will be sending out information sometime in March or April, please be looking for it and please read through it. The Finance Office will also be sending out information as well. We ask that you read all correspondence that comes from FACTS or the Finance Office regarding tuition or fees.
Multiple Sibling Discounts – for the 2013-14 school year if you have 2 students attending OLL in the same school year you will receive a 3% discount for the second student. The discount will be taken off the tuition portion of the cost only (3% off of $7200). If you have 3 students in the school at the same time you will receive a 5% discount for the third student off the tuition portion of the cost only (5% off of $7200). For those of you that will be receiving these discounts, you will receive a letter from the Business Office regarding this matter.
